Position<\/strong>: Multi-skilled administrative worker engaged in managing and organizing cultural projects at the Polish Institute – Cultural Service of the Polish Embassy in Beijing Location<\/strong>: Embassy of Poland, Jianguomenwai Ritan Lu 1, 100600 Beijing Deadline for application:<\/strong> 21\/01\/2025 – 12:00 (Beijing time) Expected start work date<\/strong>: March 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your principal responsibilities will include among others:<\/em><\/strong> – launching, planning and organizing cultural initiatives and events; – overseeing project-related financial matters; – preparing project reports; – controlling visual communication; – editing content, creating social media campaigns and overseeing media relation; – translating and interpreting between Chinese and English (and Polish, if applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Required Degree and Competences:<\/em><\/strong> – Higher Education diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) related to culture, communication, project management, Polish studies or graphic design; – relevant experience in communication and\/or project management and\/or culture and public diplomacy; – relevant experience in translation and interpretation; – good knowledge of Chinese and Polish cultural and creative industry sector; – very good knowledge of Chinese social media networks; – excellent communication skills both written and verbal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Language Requirements: <\/em><\/strong>– good command of English as working language (written and spoken); – native level Mandarin Chinese. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Additional Requirements: <\/em><\/strong>– graphic programming skills; – knowledge of Polish language; – driving license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Applications:<\/em><\/strong> To apply for this position, send your resume and cover letter to pekin.ip.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl no later then 21 January 2025, 12 (Beijing time).
