DESCRIPTION:In Between the Lines, quand les peintures de Caziel rencontrent les
céramiques d’Isabelle Nothomb
Du 18 octobre au 7 novembre 2026, Whitford Fine Art présente In Between
the Lines, une exposition de peintures des années 1960 de Caziel
(1906-1988), peintre abstrait polono-britannique de renom, en dialogue avec
les œuvres d'Isabelle Nothomb, céramiste belge contemporaine.
Bien qu’ils aient créé à des époques différentes et travaillé des
matériaux différents, les recherches de ces deux artistes ont débouché
sur des langages visuels qui se font écho : effets lacérés, rythme,
lignes brisées faisant ressortir la lumière.
Le vernissage qui aura lieu le 17 octobre de 14h à 19h est ouvert au
public (entrée libre).
