Het CinEast festival begint op 3 oktober in Luxemburg, waar 10 Poolse filmproducties te zien zullen zijn. Aan het eind van het festival, op 20 oktober, kun je luisteren naar de Poolse band Neoklez, wiens muziek elementen van traditionele klezmer en Balkanmuziek combineert met inspiratie uit frisse clubmuziek, jazz, funk en rock.<\/p>\n

CinEast (\u201cCin\u00e9 East\u201d), het Centraal- en Oost-Europese filmfestival in Luxemburg, is een jaarlijks non-profit filmfestival dat elk jaar in oktober wordt gehouden op grote locaties in de stad Luxemburg en andere steden in het Groothertogdom. Het festival presenteert actuele filmproducties uit landen in Midden- en Oost-Europa.<\/p>\n

Het Pools Instituut Brussel werkt samen met CinEast om u de filmproducties voor te stellen:\u00a0 Processes van Andrei Kashperski, een donkere satire die het politieke landschap van het huidige Wit-Rusland schetst (in aanwezigheid van de regisseur), en Intercepted van Oksana Karovych, een documentaire die beelden uit het door oorlog verscheurde Oekra\u00efne en de stemmen van Russische soldaten die in het land opereren naast elkaar zet. De vertoning van Processes op 16 oktober wordt gevolgd door een debat over de huidige situatie in Wit-Rusland.<\/p>\n
