Poles love their language. They enjoy talking about it, joking about it, and even arguing over what is correct. Because even native speakers don\u2019t always agree on what \u201cproper Polish\u201d really means.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">But Polish doesn\u2019t just sound unusual \u2013 it looks that way, too. Some letters grow tails and wear hats \u2013 \u0105, \u0119, \u015b, \u0107, \u00f3, \u0144, \u017c, \u017a \u2013 each one adding a special twist. Not to mention the consonants gathered in clusters that seem impossible to pronounce \u2013 szcz, prz, \u017ad\u017a. At first, they look like a puzzle. But somehow, they work.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Today, around 45 million people around the world speak Polish and you can be one of them.<\/strong> Yes, it\u2019s a challenge.
