He\/she is responsible for managing social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn) and updating the Institute&#8217;s website in three languages (FR, NL, EN).<\/p>\n<p>As a project manager, he\/she will develop (by establishing contacts and conducting relevant research), coordinate, and implement projects in accordance with the priorities and guidelines set out in the Polish Institute&#8217;s annual programme.<\/p>\n<p>He\/she will maintain and develop a network of partners and oversee the budget and administration of the projects he\/she carries out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a master&#8217;s degree in art and\/or communication, cultural studies, European studies, public relations or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>You have 1 to 3 years of experience in project management in the following fields: visual arts, literature, film, history, public diplomacy, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>You have a solid knowledge of communication practices, and techniques and image processing.<\/li>\n<li>You have a very good knowledge of social media practices.<\/li>\n<li>You have a good knowledge of WordPress, Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.<\/li>\n<li>You are able to work independently and collaborate on group projects.<\/li>\n<li>Your language skills enable you to work easily in a multilingual environment (Polish, French, English, Dutch).<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in Polish, French, and English. A good command of Dutch would be an additional asset.<\/li>\n<li>You are ready to initiate and lead public and cultural diplomacy projects.<\/li>\n<li>You have a good knowledge of cultural institutions in Belgium and\/or Luxembourg. An interest in the Polish cultural scene is required.<\/li>\n<li>You are rigorous and creative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Type of contract: fixed-term contract with possibility of extension.
