He is also a video game writer on titles such as\u00a0<em>The Witcher<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>The Blood of Dawnwalker<\/em>, and serves as\u00a0<strong>Narrative Director<\/strong>\u00a0at the Rebel Wolves studio. He is the author of two acclaimed trilogies: the\u00a0<strong>Athenian trilogy<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>Darknet trilogy<\/strong>, which explores the threats posed by the internet and new technologies. Born in Poland, he emigrated to France with his family at the age of 12. He studied microelectronics and worked in the mobile phone industry before devoting himself entirely to writing and translation in 2011. Barbarski has translated four novels by Szama\u0142ek, as well as works by other Polish authors across various genres, including\u00a0<strong>Zygmunt Mi\u0142oszewski, Szczepan Twardoch, Wojciech Tochman<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Jakub \u017bulczyk<\/strong>.
