A third of the population left to work in Iceland, and those who stayed behind\u2014most of them from the older generation\u2014 are hoping for their return. But by now their children and grandchildren are settling into new lives on the other side of Europe. The distance separating them is great and the journey expensive, so Skype remains the only way to stay in touch.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Screening followed by a <strong>Q&amp;A<\/strong> with DOP <strong>Filip Drozdz\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<strong>Pawel Ziemilski<\/strong>\u00a0was born in 1981. He graduated from the the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a National Film School and from the Wajda School in Warsaw. He directed\u00a0<em>Urban Cowboys<\/em>\u00a0(2016) and his documentary\u00a0<em>Rogalik<\/em>\u00a0got IDFA nomination in 2012. He is visited by a young Belarussian woman \u2014 a painter and a horse lover. Their meeting at the far ends of life is an opportunity to talk about contemporary and eternal subjects.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Screening followed by a Q&amp;A with the <strong>director\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"level-25-30\"><strong>Andrei Kutsila<\/strong> was born in Baranovichi in Belarus. A third of the population left to work in Iceland, and those who stayed behind\u2014most of them from the older generation\u2014 are hoping for their return. But by now their children and grandchildren are settling into new lives on the other side of Europe. The distance separating them is great and the journey expensive, so Skype remains the only way to stay in touch.\u00a0\nScreening followed by a Q&amp;A with DOP Filip Drozdz\u00a0\nPawel Ziemilski\u00a0was born in 1981. He graduated from the the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a National Film School and from the Wajda School in Warsaw. He directed\u00a0Urban Cowboys\u00a0(2016) and his documentary\u00a0Rogalik\u00a0got IDFA nomination in 2012. It has also been shown and awarded at festivals such as Zagreb Dox, Alcine Festival (First Prize), festivals in Oberhausen, Beijing, Bucharest, Cracow and others.\nSumma |\u00a0Andrei Kutsila | 2018\u00a0|\u00a050Min |\u00a0Poland, Belarus\nSynopsis:\u00a0\nAndrzej Strumi\u0142\u0142o, a ninety-year-old outstanding Polish artist lives in a small village surrounded by beautiful nature. He is visited by a young Belarussian woman \u2014 a painter and a horse lover. Their meeting at the far ends of life is an opportunity to talk about contemporary and eternal subjects.\u00a0\nScreening followed by a Q&amp;A with the director\u00a0\nAndrei Kutsila was born in Baranovichi in Belarus. He detains a degree in journalism from the Belarusian State University and he finished the Belarusian State Academy of Arts.
