\u017bYWIZNA <\/a>is a project dealing with the re-interpretation of Kurpian folk <\/strong>songs by the vocalist Genowefa Lenarcik<\/strong> and the guitarist Raphael Rogi\u0144ski<\/strong>. In the experimental collage-style, \u017bywizna<\/strong> (in Kurpian \u201cnature\u201d) is nourishing a rich cultural and natural heritage of the Polish region<\/strong>. The virtuosity of the two performers profoundly transfers loud, open singing, specific for Kurpie, together with the sentiment of longing and a deep connection with raw, wild natural beauty. Genowefa Lenarcik<\/strong> is a recognized performer of Kurpian folk music and a daughter of the folk singing legend Stanislaw Brzozowy. Raphael Rogi\u0144ski<\/strong> is known for exploring different styles and music traditions, as well as for playing with bands such as Shofar, Cukunft, and Alte Zachen. They have been performing together for several years now.\u00a0
