The\u00a0<\/span>KLARAFESTIVAL<\/strong>\u00a0is screening all of the\u00a0<\/span>DEKALOG\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(<\/span>Decalogue<\/em>)\u00a0films by\u00a0<\/span>Krzysztof KIE\u015aLOWSKI<\/strong>. The director released this series of ten medium-length films at the end of the 1980\u2019s: coming at the very time when the communist regime was giving way to democracy, the director achieved the renown which he was owed with these films, and his wave of critical acclaim continued with his Trilogy (<\/span>Blue, White<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Red<\/em>) and\u00a0<\/span>The Double Life of Veronique<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span>
To mark the 20th anniversary of K. KIE\u015aLOWSKI\u2019s death, all ten films will be shown at\u00a0<\/span>Flagey<\/strong>\u00a0as part of the KLARAFESTIVAL at a rate of 2 consecutive films per day from\u00a0<\/span>9 March<\/strong>. The high point of the series of screenings will be the anniversary of the death of Kie\u015blowski, on Sunday\u00a0<\/span>13 March<\/strong>. The following are planned: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
