{"id":5386,"date":"2020-07-31T10:36:32","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T08:36:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/instytutpolski.pl\/brussels\/?p=5386"},"modified":"2020-10-07T14:10:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T12:10:00","slug":"futureman-2052-lodzkie-region-design-during-brussels-design-september","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/instytutpolski.pl\/brussels\/en\/2020\/07\/31\/futureman-2052-lodzkie-region-design-during-brussels-design-september\/","title":{"rendered":"FUTUREMAN 2052  \u2014  Lodzkie Region Design during Brussels Design September"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Inclusive, restorative, or allocentric design issues are increasingly recognized by&nbsp;designers as the right course of action and an alternative to the exhausted and harmful&nbsp;anthropocentric formula.<\/p>\n<p>With this in mind, we are looking for examples of going beyond our own needs, our own&nbsp;ego, and above all, beyond the aesthetics that appropriates the name of design.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s consider \u201ewhat if?\u201d&nbsp;and let a culture of deeper reflection&nbsp;preceding action become our mission.<\/p>\n<p>Diagnosis of the biggest ecosystem problems refers to keywords such as; plastic, co2,&nbsp;water, drought, degradation, waste, or excessive consumption, which are closely related&nbsp;and coupled. However, social inequalities, which are still underestimated, are coming to&nbsp;the fore and are to be the greatest threat to human activity in the future.<\/p>\n<p>It is our unique sensitivity, perceptiveness, ability to analyze and abstract, that is, the&nbsp;features that allow us to create and design, determine our potential thanks to which we&nbsp;can propose visions of the future alternative to the analyses of economists or scientists,&nbsp;perhaps more communicative and of the greater impact.<\/p>\n<p>Can a designer\/an artist perform his role in society without producing objects? And&nbsp;what object can add real value to our life and the life of our planet?<\/p>\n<p>We<i>&nbsp;<\/i>are<i>&nbsp;<\/i>interested<i>&nbsp;<\/i>in<i>&nbsp;<\/i>your<i>&nbsp;<\/i>answer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Participating artists and designers:<\/b> Aleksandra Bonikowska, Dominika Gacka &amp; Julia Piekarska, Anna Grabowska, Patrycja Gorzela, Kamila Lewandowska, Pola Piestrzeniewicz, Blanka Przedpe\u0142ska, Magdalena Szadkowska, Kacper Witkowski, Zuzanna W\u00f3jcik.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The opening of the exhibition will take place in several locations simultaneously.
