She\/he acts as the Community Manager on Social Media of the Institute (Tweeter, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube). She\/he updates the website of the Institute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">As the project manager (in the filed of the visual arts and public diplomacy) he\/she develops, by conducting relevant research, coordinates, and implements projects, in line with the priorities and guidelines set in the Polish Institute\u2019s annual program. He\/She maintains and develops a network of partners and controls the budget and the administration of the projects that he\/she carries out. He\/She coordinates the events being part of his\/her projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Candidate profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">You have a master&#8217;s degree in Art, Cultural Studies, Communication, European Studies, Public Relations, or comparable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">You have 1-3 years\u2019 experience in project management in the fields of: visual arts, literature, history, public diplomacy, or comparable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">You have excellent writing skills,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">You have a very good knowledge of Social Media practices,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">You have a good knowledge of WordPress,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">You are able to work independently as well as collaborate on collective projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Your language skills enable you to work easily in a multilingual environment: therefore you are a fluent Polish, French and Dutch speaker, good knowledge of English is an additional asset,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">You have good knowledge of the cultural institutions in Belgium and\/or Luxembourg, an interest in Polish cultural scene will be highly valued.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><br \/><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Recruitment terms and conditions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;font-size: 16px\">Type of contract: Fixed-term contract of 6 month with a possibility of extension (expected start of work: April 2021).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;font-size: 16px\">Working hours: 38 h\/week, from Monday to Friday<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-align: justify;font-size: 16px\">Qualified candidates should submit a CV and a cover letter to <a href=\"mailto:bruksela@instytutpolski.pl\">bruksela@instytutpolski.pl<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;font-size: 16px\">until 28th of February 2021.
