Interesant este c\u0103 cel mai bun scurtmetraj nu va fi ales de c\u0103tre un juriu tradi\u021bional, ci chiar de c\u0103tre publicul prezent la proiec\u021biile care se vor desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 \u00een 45 de ora\u0219e din lume \u0219i 48 din Polonia.
