Bajtlik zeigt die Faszination des K\u00fcnstlers f\u00fcr die Urspr\u00fcnge der visuellen Gegenwartskultur, die er in der europ\u00e4ische Antike, in der Erfindung der Schrift und in der fern\u00f6stlichen Kalligraphie und Landschaftsmalerei aufsp\u00fcrt. Die gezeigten Arbeiten stammen gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils aus vier Werkgruppen: dem Zyklus \u201eGriechische Labyrinthe\u201d (2016-2017), raffinierten Zeichnungen, die im Band \u201eDer Ariadne-Faden\u201c publiziert wurden, einer Serie von Studien zur Ikonographie der griechischen Antike (2017), dem Zyklus \u201eJardin Particulier I\u201d (2018) sowie neusten, erstmal \u00f6ffentlich ausgestellten Arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jan Bajtlik<\/strong> (1989 in Warschau geboren) ist ein multidisziplin\u00e4rer K\u00fcnstler, der in den Bereichen Illustration, Grafikdesign, Malerei und Zeichnung arbeitet. Er absolvierte die Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Graphik an der Akademie der Bildenden K\u00fcnste in Warschau (2013). Seit 2016 arbeitet er f\u00fcr Herm\u00e8s Paris an Entw\u00fcrfen f\u00fcr Seident\u00fccher, Modeaccessoires, Emaille-Schmuck, Schaufensterdekorationen und Herm\u00e8s Home. Er illustrierte unter anderem: Die New York Times, das Time Magazine, Courrier International, Google und entwirft Grafiken f\u00fcr Swatch.\u00a0Seine Werke wurden weltweit ausgestellt. Jan Bajtlik erhielt zahlreiche Auszeichnungen bei nationalen und internationalen Grafikwettbewerben. Das von Jan Bajtlik illustrierte Buch &#8222;Unser Auto&#8221; ist das beste illustrierte Kinderbuch der New York Times 2018. Er arbeitet mit der Galerie Szyd\u0142owski in Warschau zusammen. Bajtlik ist auch Ultramarathonl\u00e4ufer und Alpinist.
