This year’s program consists of 11 film from countries of Visegr\u00e1d Group \u2013 Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. The directors will present films in Q&A format. One can find any kind of films in the program \u2013 music biopics (\u00abIcarus\u00bb<\/strong>) or historical dramas (\u00abZieja\u00bb<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be an online round table on the topic of \u00abCo-production of Ukrainian content with countries of Visegr\u00e1d Group\u00bb <\/strong>with representatives of cultural institutions from participant countries, the exhibition \u00abCzech women in cinema\u00bb by Czech Center in Kyiv and a number of online workshops as a part of the \u00abVisegr\u00e1d cinema days\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Visegr\u00e1d Cinema Days is the week of screenings of modern films from around the Visegr\u00e1d Group region \u2013 the alliance of the four Central European states: Poland, Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegr\u00e1d Grants from International Visegr\u00e1d Fund<\/a>. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
