The main idea of the project is the artistic intervention of Polish and Ukrainian artists into the city space by creation of a special atmosphere on the Ivan Franko street in Kyiv. Within the project, the artists will give a new individual character to the stairs that are on this street. These stairs, apart from the traditional connection of two parallel streets, will be the place for the symbiosis of Polish and Ukrainian art. Artists who will participate in the project have completed several attention-getting projects in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following artists will represent Poland in the „Stairs” project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El\u017cbieta Jab\u0142o\u0144ska <\/strong>(1970) is engaged in performance art, painting, graphic art and photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Janusz Ba\u0142dyga<\/strong> (1954) is a performer and teacher.
