DESCRIPTION:Experience a unique musical journey with Włodek Pawlik, the only Polish
jazz musician to win a Grammy Award for his album Night in Calisia (Best
Large Jazz Ensemble, 2014). With a career spanning over four decades,
Pawlik has released 45 records, composed film soundtracks, orchestral
works, a ballet (Flow), the opera Via Sancta, and music for the acclaimed
musical Irena (2022).

Pawlik & Pawlik Duo
This project unites father and son, Włodek and Łukasz Pawlik, two
generations of a musical family. The duo’s repertoire features
compositions from Włodek’s Grammy-winning album alongside original works
by Łukasz. Their music defies categorization, blending jazz, classical
training, world music, and improvisation to create a one-of-a-kind live
experience.
