As part of the Curated Connections series, \u201cFormsophy\u201drepresents the innovative spirit of Polish design during the UK\/Poland Season 2025, engaging with global conversations while staying rooted in unique perspectives and traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Formsophy, the artistic practice of Alicja Prussakowska and Jakub Kijowski*, is driven by a deep fascination with textures, materials, and the stories they tell. The evening features Monika Patuszy\u0144ska&nbsp;<strong>\u2018<em>In Conversation With<\/em>\u2019 Grant Gibson<\/strong>, co-founder of Material Matters, followed by an opening reception&nbsp;set&nbsp;among the exhibition, which remains on view until 29 November.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Monika <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onandondesigns.us12.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=abf52f007135bc05588f00c83&amp;id=f9331bc310&amp;e=de731eb87f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Patuszy\u0144ska<\/a><\/strong>,&nbsp;explorer of abandoned spaces and untried paths, member of the&nbsp;International Academy of Ceramics (AIC\/IAC).&nbsp;In 1999 she graduated from the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass at the Academy of Fine Arts in&nbsp;Wroc\u0142aw. She was the last designer at the Zak\u0142ady Porcelitu Sto\u0142owego Pruszk\u00f3w (Pruszk\u00f3w&nbsp;Table China Factory) and the last president of the International Ceramics Symposium&nbsp;\u201cPorcelain Another Way\u201d. Between 2014 and 2016 she held the position of the Artistic Director&nbsp;at the Institute of Design in Kielce. Thanks to cooperation with the New York office of the&nbsp;architect Peter Marino, her works can be found in the Maison Guerlain salon in Paris, the Chanel&nbsp;in Singapore or the famous Tiffany\u2019s boutique in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Addicted to porcelain.&nbsp;Fascinated by the passage of time and everything that comes with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Patuszy\u0144ska&nbsp;is internationally recognised for her radical approach to porcelain. Her practice involves smashing and reassembling discarded moulds, intentionally preserving cracks and seams to create dynamic, thought-provoking forms.
