Drawing on archival research, architecture, and artistic interventions, Natalia Romik reflects on how synagogue ruins, ritual baths, and repurposed buildings can be reimagined today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Celebratory drinks to follow. Open to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>About Natalia Romik<\/strong>:<br>Natalia Romik is an architect, designer, artist, and curator. She was awarded a PhD in 2018 at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, for her thesis <em>Post-Jewish Architecture of Memory within Former Eastern European Shtetls<\/em>. As a consultant with Nizio Design Studio (Warsaw), she contributed to the core exhibition design of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews and co-curated exhibitions including <em>Estranged: March \u201968 and Its Aftermath<\/em> (2018) and <em>(post)JEWISH\u2026 Shtetl Opat\u00f3w Through the Eyes of Mayer Kirshenblatt<\/em> (2024). Her research into Jewish hideouts during the Second World War culminated in the exhibition <em>Hideouts. The Architecture of Survival<\/em>, presented in 2022 at the Zach\u0119ta National Gallery of Art in Warsaw and at the Jewish Museum Frankfurt.
