For LPO Principal Conductor Edward Gardner, it\u2019s a source of pure inspiration, and tonight, in the first of two&nbsp;<em>Phoenix Lands<\/em>&nbsp;concerts, he shares his passion. Jan\u00e1\u010dek retells bloody folktales, Gra\u017cyna Bacewicz strikes a note of defiance, and Lutos\u0142awski and Martin\u016f each do their own deliriously imaginative thing.
