The theme aims to explore how objects, buildings and installations can be powerful tools for fostering connection, participation and a sense of place within the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The month-long immersive installation and public programme presents the work of three Polish studios within the Fletcher Priest Architects studio and garden situated within Fleet Street Quarter; <strong>Zieta Studio<\/strong>, <strong>Pani Jurek<\/strong> and <strong>Katarzyna Krej<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The Installations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Throughout June, the Fletcher Priest studio and garden will house the works of three studios at the forefront of Polish design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Visible through glass from street level, the installation dissolves the boundary between studio interior and public realm, occupying both the interior gallery space and public garden. It\u2019s curated by Anka Simone and Joanna Caron-Delion of <strong>On&amp;On Designs<\/strong> and designed by Mi\u015bka Miller-Lovegrove and Roman Lovegrove of<strong> MML Studio. <\/strong>The three Polish studios taking residency include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Zieta Studio &#8211; <\/strong>Architect and designer Oskar Zi\u0119ta&#8217;s studio is known internationally for their&nbsp; FiDU technology, a process that inflates flat steel into complex structural forms. The bench element from the public sculpture <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zieta.pl\/en\/special-projects\/72\/whispers-bench\">\u2018Whispers\u2019<\/a>, situated at Ludgate Hill Fleet Street Quarter, (with iterations also shown at Maison&amp;Objet in Paris 2026, Impact &#8217;26 Pozna\u0144 and ICFF NYC\u201926) will be reimagined in the Fletcher Priest garden. First shown at LFA 2025, the piece extends the sculpture&#8217;s dialogue with the surrounding city.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Pani Jurek &#8211; <\/strong>The Warsaw-based studio run by Magda Jurek and Micha\u0142 Borecki works at the intersection of ceramics, architecture and material culture, treating the fired clay object as both craft and spatial element. Their work occupies the interior gallery, where the handmade pieces coexist naturally with the built environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Katarzyna Krej &#8211; <\/strong>Glass designer and sculptor Katarzyna Krej creates delicate, atmospheric works exploring colour, transparency and light through traditional glass-making techniques. Her biomorphic sculptures, formed by pulling softened glass into fine woven threads, bring intimacy and quiet intensity to the installation&#8217;s interior spaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Panel Discussion: Making Common Ground<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; 1st June, 6-8pm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">To mark the unveiling of the installations, Fletcher Priest studio will be hosting an intimate panel discussion on 1 June, asking: <em><strong>\u2018How can objects, buildings and installations create common ground in a city between strangers?\u2019<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Moderated by <strong>Ellie Stathaki<\/strong>, Architecture and Environment Director at <strong>Wallpaper*,<\/strong> the panel brings together <strong>Ed Williams<\/strong>, Managing Partner at <strong>Fletcher Priest Architects<\/strong>, <strong>Oskar Zi\u0119ta <\/strong>(Zieta Studio) and <strong>Micha\u0142 Borecki<\/strong> (Pani Jurek). The theme aims to explore how objects, buildings and installations can be powerful tools for fostering connection, participation and a sense of place within the city.\nThe month-long immersive installation and public programme presents the work of three Polish studios within the Fletcher Priest Architects studio and garden situated within Fleet Street Quarter; Zieta Studio, Pani Jurek and Katarzyna Krej. \nThe Installations\nThroughout June, the Fletcher Priest studio and garden will house the works of three studios at the forefront of Polish design.\nVisible through glass from street level, the installation dissolves the boundary between studio interior and public realm, occupying both the interior gallery space and public garden.
