As part of the 16th London Jazz All Souls\u2019 Festival (Londy\u0144skie Zaduszki Jazzowe),
The Curve in Slough will host Tribute to Polski Jazz this year \u2014 a unique musical project
created by drummer and producer Tomasz M\u0105dzielewski. The project celebrates some
of the finest works of Polish jazz, popular music and fusion from the 1970s and 1980s,
presented in fresh, contemporary arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tribute to Polski Jazz is a musical tribute to artists who have left a lasting mark on
Polish culture and created a distinctive sound recognised far beyond Poland\u2019s borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The repertoire features compositions and songs associated with such legends as
Zbigniew Namys\u0142owski, Wojciech Karolak, Micha\u0142 Urbaniak, Ewa Bem, Andrzej
Zaucha and Zbigniew Wodecki. The concert programme combines instrumental classics
of Polish jazz with timeless vocal songs that have held a special place in the hearts of
listeners for decades.<\/p>\n\n\n
