Dr. Mark Felton is a well-known British historian and writer who has published 22 non-fiction books, including bestsellers Zero Night and Castle of the Eagles, both currently being developed into movies in Hollywood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has also written extensively on Japanese war crimes, POW camps, Nazi war criminals, the Holocaust, famous escapes, Hitler and other Nazi leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to writing, Mark also appears regularly in television documentaries around the world, including on The History Channel, Netflix, National Geographic, Quest, American Heroes Channel and RMC Decouverte. His books have formed the background to several TV and radio documentaries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also runs a popular, non-political Youtube channel, Mark Felton Productions<\/a>, with nearly 2 million subscribers on which he presents films on a variety of fascinating historical subjects, with particular focus on WWII and the Cold War. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the channel he has published a number of widely viewed films on aspects of Polish history, including a video entitled „’Sikorski’s Tourists’ – Forgotten WWII Polish Allies” , which tells the story of how thousands of Polish troops came to Britain during WWII and were reformed into the Polish Armed Forceds in the West. They were nicknamed 'Sikorski’s Tourists’ after their commander-in-chief, General Wladyslaw Sikorski, who was also the Prime Minister of the Polish Government in Exile and was invited to come to Britain by Winston Churchill in 1940 after the fall of France, and bring his Polish troops with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
