OFFER<\/strong>
The bid should be prepared in written according to the attached template – Annex 1
and it should include:

number, e-mail of the Bidder.
\u2022 A statement of the Tenderer that he\/she is familiar with the factual state of the
tender subject or that he\/she bears responsibility for the consequences resulting
from the resignation from the inspection.
\u2022 Completed Appendix 2 RODO\/GDPR (declaration on getting acquainted with
information on the processing of personal data).
\u2022 Copy of the proof of the payment of the tender deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


BIDDING PROCEDURE<\/strong>
Written offers (according to the attached model – Annex No. 1) along with the copy of
the proof of payment of the tender deposit shall be submitted at the premises of the
Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi (in closed envelopes marked „
Mahindra XUV500 – not to be opened” by the date of 08.11.2023 till 1.00 p.m.<\/strong> local
time.
The opening of the tenders will be held at the meeting of the Tender Committee at the
Embassy of Poland in New Delhi on 09.11.2023 at 1.00 p.m.<\/strong>
The Commission will select the highest bidders relevant to the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


REJECTION OF OFFER<\/strong>
An offer shall be rejected if:
\u2022 it is submitted after the specified date, in an inappropriate place or by a tenderer
who has not paid the tender security deposit,
\u2022 it does not contain the data or documents indicated by the announcement or if
they are incomplete, illegible or raise doubts, and the explanations submitted
could lead to considering it as a new offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


OTHER INFORMATION<\/strong>
In case the same price is declared by several bidders, the tender will be continued in
the form of auction (bidding) between these bidders.
The purchaser will be informed about the date and the conclusion of the contract. The
deadline for concluding the contract will not be later than 7 days from the date of
opening the bids.
The Purchaser is obliged to pay the purchase price within 3 days from the conclusion
of the agreement.
The vehicle will be released immediately after payment of the purchase price (bank
transfer have to be accounted on Embassy of Poland bank account), signing of the sales
agreement and de-registration of the vehicle.
All costs, taxes and fees related to the purchase of the subject of the tender are borne
by the buyer. By entering the tender, the purchaser agrees and undertakes to pay all
taxes and fees required by the authorities of India, Poland or any other country to
which the vehicle will be transferred after the sale.
Polish Institute in New Delhi reserves the right to close the tender at any time, without
giving any reasons for the decision.
Polish Institute is not responsible for any hidden defects of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
