The 11th Smile International Film Festival for Children and Youth, which took place from January 28 to February 3, 2025, in New Delhi and several other locations across India, concluded with great success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poland as the Country of Honour presented \u201cTriple Trouble\u201d ( 2020, 87\u2019 min) directed by Marta Karwowska, \u201cThe Dog who travelled by train\u201d (2023, 98\u2019 min) directed by Magdalena Nie\u0107 and a selection of Polish short animations („A great worry” directed by Zbigniew Kotecki, \u201dOle-Luk-Oie” directed by Joanna Jasi\u0144ska Koronkiewicz, „There once was – There is no more – There is” by Karina Paciorkowska, \u0141ukasz Kamil Kami\u0144ski).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Screening of the film \u201cThe Dog who travelled by train\u201d took place on 30th January at the Sirifort Auditorium. The screening showcased the film’s appeal and the audience’s enthusiasm. Attendees enjoyed the heartwarming story, which resonated with many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the festival’s most significant sections was the Young Jury section, where a diverse group of 100 young jurors from 10 countries were selected to watch and evaluate films. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These young jurors played a crucial role in selecting the winners of the festival. This year\u2019s festival not only highlighted the importance of youth voices in cinema but also fostered a global community united by a shared passion for storytelling through film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
