This year we mark the 210 birth anniversary of Fryderk Chopin, one of the best Polish composers.

In autumn 1831, after the fall of the November Uprising, 21-year-old Fryderyk\u00a0#<\/span>Chopin<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0moved to\u00a0#<\/span>Paris<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0where he lived for the rest of his life.<\/p>\n

He arrived in the capital of\u00a0#<\/span>France<\/span><\/span><\/a>, as he wrote himself, with very few recommendations but he soon became a much welcome guest of Parisian salons.<\/p>\n

On February 26, 1832, at the @sallepleyel, Fryderyk\u00a0#<\/span>Chopin<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0gave his first\u00a0#<\/span>Paris<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0concert , which brought him „great reputation and some money”. The city’s entire musical elite was in attendance, including Franz\u00a0#<\/span>Liszt<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chopin starts receiving requests for lessons and embarks on a career as a private teacher to Parisian high society, especially female.<\/p>\n
