It&#8217;s a total fixer-upper, and while inspecting the premises on the eve of the wedding, he falls into a pile of human remains. The ceremony proceeds, but strange things begin to happen&#8230; During the wild reception, Peter begins to come undone, and dybbuk  an ancient spirit from Jewish folklore  intrudes on this very present-day situation. For a very particular reason, as it turns out&#8230; The final work by Marcin Wrona, who passed away just as <em>Demon<\/em> was set to premiere in Poland, is an eerie, richly atmospheric film &#8211; part absurdist comedy, part love story &#8211; that scares, amuses, and charms in equal measure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2015, Poland\/Israel, English, Polish, and Yiddish with English subtitles, 94 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MARCIN WRONA<\/strong> (1973-2015) was born in Tarn\u00f3w, Poland and studied film at the Jagiellonian University in Krak\u00f3w.
