The National Film Archive \u2013 Audiovisual Institute (FINA) <\/strong><\/p>\n

The National Film Archive \u2013 Audiovisual Institute (FINA) is tasked with digitalizing, collecting, restoring and, last but not least, promoting Polish audiovisual heritage and disseminating the most valuable items of Polish movie culture. The Institute is enabling access to its archive and thus it becomes a partner in international projects aimed at disseminating digital archive collection in various contexts. FINA\u2019s collection offers the entirety of Polish movies including a collection of pre-war movies. As the first movie archive in Europe, the Institute launched a full technical track using 4K technology.<\/p>\n

The Polish Film Institute (PISF)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Polish Film Institute (PISF) disseminates knowledge about Polish moviemaking abroad. The Institute cooperates with international cinematographic bodies to promote co-productions and the movie industry in general. It endeavors to enhance the recognition of Polish movies on the international scene by organizing reviews, retrospectives, special screenings, conferences and exhibitions.<\/p>\n

The Animation Film Studio in Bielsko-Biala<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Animation Film Studio in Bielsko-Biala is the oldest Polish studio of this type. The studio created in excess of 1000 movies including 5 feature-length movies. The movie \u201cThe Great Journey of Bolek and Lolek\u201d was bought by 86 countries. The Studio promotes also the movie education of youngsters through its in-construction Interactive Center of Fairly Tales and Animation. Next to movies for children the studio also produced movies for adults. The Studio won several awards at domestic and international festivals. Many well-known artists such as Krzysztof Penderecki, Agnieszka Osiecka, Andzrej Czeczot, Zbigniew Lengren and Eryk Lipinski cooperated with the Studio\u05e5<\/p>\n

The Documentary and Feature Film Studios (WFDiF)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Documentary and Feature Film Studios (WFDiF) was founded in 1949. To begin with as a center for production of documentary films and the Polish Film Chronicle. However, in no time it also became an important center for feature film production.\u00a0The WFDiF produced famous Polish documentaries and hundreds of episodes of the PKF (Polish Film Chronicle). The WFDiF produced films by, among others, Andrzej Munk, Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski, Jan \u0141omnicki, Tadeusz Makarczy\u0144ski, Ludwik Perski, Maria Kwiatkowska, W\u0142adys\u0142aw \u015alesicki, Kazimierz Karabasz, Jerzy Hoffman, Edward Sk\u00f3rzewski, Marcel \u0141ozi\u0144ski, Pawe\u0142 K\u0119dzierski, Andrzej Brzozowski and Andrzej Titkow, Irena Kamie\u0144ska and many others. In the studios, laboratories and editing rooms of WFDiF, famous works were created, including those by Andrzej Wajda, Jerzy Antczak, Krzysztof Zanussi, Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski and Jerzy Hoffman.\u00a0In recent years, the WFDiF has become a recognized center of modern film education. A space of original WFDiF projects is visited every year by thousands of young participants from all over Poland who come to WFDiF for exceptional courses, tours and film workshops.<\/p>\n

The European Film Center CAMERIMAGE (ECFC)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The European Film Center CAMERIMAGE (ECFC) is a state cultural institution founded at the end of 2019 by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the City of Toru\u0144 and the Tumult Foundation, the aim of which is to build a permanent seat of the EnergaCAMERIMAGE International Film Festival in Toru\u0144. In addition to this task, ECFC is tasked with participation in the annual co-organization of the Festival and other exhibitions, cultural, educational and scientific projects in the field of Polish and world audio-visual culture\u05e5<\/p>\n

The Audiovisual Technology Center<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Audiovisual Technology Center is a modern institution of culture and the heir of the rich legacy of the Wroc\u0142aw Feature Film Studio (1954-2011). The Center pursues activities in the area of cinematography, television, the Internet, education and culture. The Center produces movies in cooperation with foreign moviemakers, it runs workshops with foreign actors and moviemakers, it organizes IT and state-of-the-art technology conferences, it stages abstract movie festivals and internships for students at foreign academies.<\/p>\n

The Museum \u2013 The House of the Pilecki Family in Ostrow Mazowiecki <\/strong><\/p>\n

The mission of the Museum \u2013 The House of the Pilecki Family in Ostrow Mazowiecki is to document, to commemorate and to disseminate knowledge about the life of the Polish cavalry officer Witold Pilecki and his wife Maria, both with strong ties to Ostrow Mazowiecki. The main objective of the museum\u2019s cultural activity is to present the figure of Witold Pilecki against the historical, cultural and social background and the care and preservation of the material and non-material legacy in connexion with his life and activity including the dissemination of the values and traditions of independent Poland as represented by him.\u00a0<\/p>\n
