The International Polish Music Competition 2023 is expected to take place this year for the third time in the week <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

of July 2-9, 2023. Applications can be submitted until February 15, 2023.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The competition, which has been held every two years since 2019, is held to expose Polish music to the world, as well as to promote <\/span><\/p>\n

musicians who expose the Polish work.<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of the competition, which includes the tremendous work of dozens of Polish composers with an emphasis on those who <\/span><\/p>\n

created in the 19th and 20th centuries, is to bring the Polish cultural heritage to the consciousness of wide audiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

The competition is held under the leadership of the Polish National Institute of Music and under the auspices of the Minister of Culture <\/span><\/p>\n

and National Heritage.<\/span><\/p>\n

The competition is open to musicians regardless of age or country of origin, in two performance categories – pianists and chamber <\/span><\/p>\n

ensembles (groups of 2 to 6 people) and offers cash prizes of tens of thousands of euros.<\/span><\/p>\n
