Despite the traumatic memories of the Holocaust, his works are imbued with an extraordinary sense of humor. As one of the pioneers of animated films in Israel, Bau designed opening titles for Israeli films in the 1960s and 1970s, and also created numerous advertisements. Exhibitions of his work have been shown in Spain, Canada, and Poland, among others.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 April 2025 (Tuesday)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>At 2:30 PM \u2013 seminar<\/strong> moderated by Prof. Rafi Wiechert<\/p>\n<p>The following lectures will be held as part of the seminar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Joseph Bau.
