With the support of the Polish Institute, four Polish films will compete this year at the Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival, which will take place on a new date from August 21 to 27.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Three of them will participate in the International Competition:<\/p>\n

“Dog Days Are Over<\/a>“<\/strong> \u2013 A morning visit from a downstairs neighbor, along with an unusual request from him, leads the main character on a journey down memory lane\u2014back to a lost relationship.<\/p>\n

“Take Me to Her<\/a>“<\/strong> \u2013 Basia hides her sorrow. During an audition for drama school, she looks after another applicant’s baby. An impulsive act puts the child at risk, pushing Basia to confront her past and begin to heal.<\/p>\n

“Tennis Mortis<\/a>“<\/strong> \u2013 Ania falls into despair after the death of her husband, an avid sports fan. Then, without warning, her beloved returns home to watch the final of the last tournament.<\/p>\n

The fourth film will compete in the International Competition for Video Art and Experimental Cinema:<\/p>\n

“River<\/a>“<\/strong> \u2013 A portrait of a river. Through it, we journey into worlds of nature, rituals, and imagination. Its flow echoes the lives and rhythms of humans and animals around it. What song does the river sing?<\/p>\n
