One of the most outstanding and compelling pianists of his generation, Golka is known for his ambitious artistic projects, most notably his performance of the complete cycle of Beethoven piano sonatas, which accompanied him throughout his twenties. Presented with the support of the Polish Institute under the title \u201cNew Horizons,\u201d the concert offers a versatile and challenging program connecting different periods and styles. At the center of the evening will be Frederic Chopin\u2019s 12 \u00c9tudes, Op. 25, alongside works by Beethoven, Brahms, and Schoenberg. Marking the 80th anniversary of the Conservatory, Golka will also perform the pieces \u201cMeetings in the Fog\u201d and \u201cSea Mirrors\u201d by the Israeli composer Yehezkel Braun.<\/p>\n
