We actively take part in cultural life, support various initiatives in the fields of the arts, science and educational programs, organize Polish language courses and offer a rich collection of books, periodicals and films at our library. <br \/>\nJoin us and explore the vibrant exchange between Poland and Israel.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cultural Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>to develop and coordinate projects with a particular focus on contemporary Polish artistic creation. The position includes supporting the organisation and production of major Polish Institute events across a wider range of cultural fields, working closely with other members of the Institute&#8217;s team.<\/p>\n<p>This is a part-time position (75% \/ 3\/4 full-time equivalent) <br \/>\nbased in the office in the heart of Tel Aviv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing, coordinating and managing cultural projects with a focus on contemporary Polish culture.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining partnerships with Israeli and Polish cultural institutions, festivals, venues, artists and other sector partners.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying artists and artistic projects suitable for the Israeli cultural context and developing new project ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Managing project budgets, contracts, logistics and administrative procedures in accordance with the Institute\u2019s rules.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating event production, including venues, technical requirements, artist travel, accommodation and on-site arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the planning, organisation and production of major Institute events across different cultural fields.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with colleagues on multidisciplinary projects and providing practical and production support before and during events.<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining a professional network within the Israeli and Polish cultural sector.<\/li>\n<li>Representing the Polish Institute at relevant meetings, festivals, conferences and cultural events.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the Institute\u2019s communications team on the promotion and communication of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the Israeli and Polish cultural scene and relevant trends and opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree, preferably in cultural management, arts administration, music, dance, performing arts, cultural studies, communications or a related field;<\/li>\n<li>Proven professional experience in cultural project management, event production or arts administration;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Israeli cultural sector and\/or experience working with Israeli cultural institutions and partners will be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in organising concerts, performances, festivals or other cultural events;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems efficiently;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with artists, cultural institutions, public-sector partners and other stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with project budgets, contracts and administrative procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of Hebrew;<\/li>\n<li>Very good command of English;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of standard office and project-management software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interest in contemporary Polish culture and the Polish cultural scene;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the music, dance and\/or performing arts sectors;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Polish will be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in international or multicultural working environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The opportunity to work at a diplomatic cultural institution and contribute to the promotion of contemporary Polish culture in Israel;<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to develop and implement international cultural projects in cooperation with leading Israeli and Polish cultural institutions and artists;<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to build a professional network within the Israeli and Polish cultural sectors;<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to create and participate in study visits to Poland;<\/li>\n<li>Part-time employment contract (30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, the exact schedule to be discussed with the candidate), starting in autumn 2026;<\/li>\n<li>Salary depending on the experience: 11,000 \u2013 13,000 EUR;<\/li>\n<li>Convenient office location in central Tel Aviv;<\/li>\n<li>Openness to your ideas, suggestions, and creative solutions!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send your CV describing your relevant experience and motivation to<strong> telaviv.ip.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Applications should be submitted by 12 October 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are the Polish Institute in Tel Aviv. team.\r\nThis is a part-time position (75% \/ 3\/4 full-time equivalent) \r\nbased in the office in the heart of Tel Aviv.\r\nMain Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\tDeveloping, coordinating and managing cultural projects with a focus on contemporary Polish culture.\r\n\tDeveloping and maintaining partnerships with Israeli and Polish cultural institutions, festivals, venues, artists and other sector partners.\r\n\tIdentifying artists and artistic projects suitable for the Israeli cultural context and developing new project ideas.\r\n\tManaging project budgets, contracts, logistics and administrative procedures in accordance with the Institute\u2019s rules.\r\n\tCoordinating event production, including venues, technical requirements, artist travel, accommodation and on-site arrangements.\r\n\tSupporting the planning, organisation and production of major Institute events across different cultural fields.\r\n\tWorking closely with colleagues on multidisciplinary projects and providing practical and production support before and during events.\r\n\tBuilding and maintaining a professional network within the Israeli and Polish cultural sector.\r\n\tRepresenting the Polish Institute at relevant meetings, festivals, conferences and cultural events.\r\n\tWorking with the Institute\u2019s communications team on the promotion and communication of projects.\r\n\tMonitoring the Israeli and Polish cultural scene and relevant trends and opportunities.\r\n\r\n \r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n\r\n\tUniversity degree, preferably in cultural management, arts administration, music, dance, performing arts, cultural studies, communications or a related field;\r\n\tProven professional experience in cultural project management, event production or arts administration;\r\n\tGood knowledge of the Israeli cultural sector and\/or experience working with Israeli cultural institutions and partners will be an advantage;\r\n\tExperience in organising concerts, performances, festivals or other cultural events;\r\n\tExcellent organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously;\r\n\tAbility to work independently, take initiative and solve problems efficiently;\r\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with artists, cultural institutions, public-sector partners and other stakeholders;\r\n\tExperience with project budgets, contracts and administrative procedures;\r\n\tExcellent command of Hebrew;\r\n\tVery good command of English;\r\n\tGood command of standard office and project-management software.\r\n\r\n \r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\n\tStrong interest in contemporary Polish culture and the Polish cultural scene;\r\n\tGood knowledge of the music, dance and\/or performing arts sectors;\r\n\tKnowledge of Polish will be an advantage;\r\n\tExperience in international or multicultural working
