During these events, the Polish Institute\u2019s library becomes an open and welcoming space that is about much more than literature: a place for meeting, conversation, curiosity and connection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This time, we will explore <strong>improvisation in movement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Is improvisation only for professional actors or musicians? Not at all. It is a way to experiment, listen, respond and act without knowing in advance what will happen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We will meet for an open improvisation workshop in Polish, designed also for those with no previous stage experience. The workshop will include movement, simple exercises and plenty of lightness, through which we will explore some of the basic principles of improv: listening, acceptance, response and the ability to be present in the here and now.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Improvisation is a way of being present in the moment and responding to what is happening around us. It allows us to practice dealing with uncertainty, let go a little of the need for control and discover our spontaneity \u2014 not only on stage, but also in everyday life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">No previous experience is required \u2014 and you don\u2019t need to know what to expect.
