We are looking for a Project and Communication Expert
Position: Multi-skilled administrative worker engaged in managing and organizing cultural projects at the Polish Institute – Cultural Service of the Polish Embassy in Beijing Location: Embassy of Poland, Jianguomenwai Ritan Lu 1, 100600 Beijing Deadline for application: 21/01/2025 – 12:00 (Beijing time) Expected start work date: March 2025
Your principal responsibilities will include among others: – launching, planning and organizing cultural initiatives and events; – overseeing project-related financial matters; – preparing project reports; – controlling visual communication; – editing content, creating social media campaigns and overseeing media relation; – translating and interpreting between Chinese and English (and Polish, if applicable).
Required Degree and Competences: – Higher Education diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) related to culture, communication, project management, Polish studies or graphic design; – relevant experience in communication and/or project management and/or culture and public diplomacy; – relevant experience in translation and interpretation; – good knowledge of Chinese and Polish cultural and creative industry sector; – very good knowledge of Chinese social media networks; – excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Language Requirements: – good command of English as working language (written and spoken); – native level Mandarin Chinese.
Additional Requirements: – graphic programming skills; – knowledge of Polish language; – driving license.
