Students in Dehradun learned the fate of Polish children during the Warsaw Uprising.
During the Ghummakkad Narain Traveling Literature Festival there were 8 screenings of the film “Brave Bunch – Uprising through the eyes of children”. At meetings with students of Heritage School and Jaswant Modern School, director Tomasz Stankiewicz and producer Zofia Pręgowska talked about the fate of Poles during World War II and explained the history of the Warsaw Uprising.
The artists also took part in a discussion with writers Deepa Agarwal and Shaguna Gahilote about independent cinema and nonfiction literature which took place after the screening of the film at Cafe Dehradun.
