I Still Dream- a tribute to the courage of Ukrainian children enduring the harsh realities of war
On February 22nd, 2024, The U.S. Embassy in India in friendly cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of India, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi, the Ukrainian Association of Professional Photographers, and the Polish Institute New Delhi presented the photo exhibition “I Still Dream,” to mark the 2nd anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which highlighted devastating impact that Russia’s unprovoked invasion has had on the children of Ukraine. The images on display stand as a testament to the resilience of Ukraine’s children as they endure the hardships of the ongoing war and hold out hope for a more peaceful tomorrow. It was opened by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ms. Iryna Borovets, H.E. Eric Garcetti, the U.S. Ambassador to India, Chargé d’affaires of Poland Dr. Sebastian Domżalski, and Ukrainian Ambassador Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk. The exhibition will be on display at the American Center in New Delhi till March 8, 2024.
