Polish Street Art meets New Delhi!

The Lodhi Art Festival 2026, organised by the St+art India Foundation, returns to New Delhi from 1 to 28 February 2026, marking 10 years of the Lodhi Art District- India’s first public art district.

As part of this landmark edition, we’re excited to welcome Polish street artist Bartek Świątecki (Pener) to New Delhi. Known for his powerful visual language and global practice, Pener created a new mural at the Lodhi Art District during the festival.

As part of the Lodhi Art Festival 2026, on 8th February we spent an inspiring day with Bartek Świątecki (Pener) at the Lodhi Art District.

The day began with a hands-on street painting and abstraction workshop, where participants were invited to draw and cut out abstract patterns, exploring form, movement, and intuition. These individual elements were then brought together and joined into a single shared composition, reflecting collaboration, spontaneity, and collective expression in public space.

Morning workshop was followed at 4 pm by the panel discussion “What Moved You Today?” with the participation of Traini Sethi and Ishaan Bharat, which reflected on Pener’s journey across cities and cultures, the significance of public space, and the evolving role of street art in today’s urban world — all rooted in the Lodhi Art District as a global public art hub.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversations, creativity, and shared moments on the streets.
