Delegation from the National Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning Visiting India

Polish Institute is delighted to host a distinguished delegation from Poland — Mr. Ignacy Kępiński, Deputy Director, and Ms. Weronika Sołtysiak, Head of External Projects and Exhibitions, from the National Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning, Warsaw — during their recent study visit to India.
Invited by the Polish Institute New Delhi and the Government Museum and Art Gallery, the delegation visited the museum as part of their research for the upcoming exhibition “Humanist Modernity: Maciej and Stanisława Nowicki.”
Their visit began with a productive meeting with Ms. Isha Kamboj, Director, Government Museum and Art Gallery, followed by an initial tour of the museum. The delegation was especially thrilled to discover rare blueprints and drawings by Maciej Nowicki, expressing immense joy and appreciation to both institutions for the opportunity to witness these remarkable works.
