Day of the Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad
The Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad Day, celebrated on May 2, was established by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on the initiative of the Polish Senate in 2002 “in recognition of the longstanding achievements and contributions of the Polish diaspora and Poles abroad in regaining Polish independence, as well as their loyalty and attachment to Polishness, in addition to helping the homeland In the most difficult moments.”

The 41st UNESCO World Heritage Committee session to take place in Poland
