The exhibition presents posters from the V4 countries, namely from Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia and it was created on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the foundation of the V4 group.
The V4 group, also known as Visegrad Group was established in 1991 in the Hungarian castle town of Visegrad to promote their European integration.
In order to preserve and promote cultural cohesion, the Visegrad Group supports projects in the field of culture, education, science and exchange of information. This exhibition is one of the numerous examples of this dynamic and successful Central European cooperation.
The exhibition POSZTERRA provides insight into the different design and graphics through 72 works by prominent Central European artists.
POSZTERRA was previously presented in Budapest, Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw.
In India, the exhibition was presented in Museo Camera in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana.
It was inaugurated on 31st of March 2022 by Smt. Meenakashi Lekhi, Union Minister of State for External Affairs & Culture.
POSZTERRA was on view from 1st to 6th of April 2022.
