In collaboration with the Regional Office of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, the Polish Institute Brussels is organising an exclusive screening of the film “Wyzwanie” in Brussels, in the presence of actors Rafał Królikowski, Aleksandra Popławska and the Marshal of the Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship, Gustaw Marek Brzezin.

“Wyzwanie” is a crime film directed by Maciej Dutkiewicz. It is a classic film made according to the rules of the genre, filled with suspense. The plot twists are presented in interesting ways. Emphasis is placed on the dialogue, the musical setting, and universal values such as friendship and the discovery of paternal bonds.

One of the highlights of the film is the presentation of Warmia and Mazury’s qualities through the choice of locations that promote the region. Out of the 20 days of filming in the summer of 2019, the team worked for 14 days in the Warmian-Masurian region, including Morąg, Świerkocin, Olsztynek and Olsztyn.
