Brussels Dance Contest 2023: Polish dancer Julia Buczynska in the final
The Brussels Dance Contest is an international solo contemporary dance competition aimed at professional dancers aged 18 to 30. This year, applications poured in from all over: young artists from 25 different countries around the world registered for the competition. After the semi-finals at Ultima Vez studio, the 10 selected finalists will present their creations on the stage of the Uccle Cultural Center to an exceptional jury composed of dancers and choreographers from the international scene.
This is an opportunity for these 10 finalists to share their universe, sensitivity, and, above all, their vision of dance and movement.
At the end of this competition, both the jury and the audience will vote to select the 2023 laureate(s). The Jury Prize and the Audience Prize will be awarded during the evening.
Among the 10 finalists of the competition is a young Polish dance talent – Julia Buczynska. We will keep our fingers crossed for our representative!
