(Pas si) Fragile ! The Next Performance Art Generation 2024: performances by young polish artists

(Pas si) Fragile! the Next Performance Art Generation is a biennial springboard for emerging artists working in performance art. 2024’s edition will unfold at Studio Thor, which has been running the project ever since 2020, at Les Halles de Schaerbeek and at La Balsamine.

As with previous iterations, (Pas si) Fragile! will feature a host of young artists who have recently graduated from Wallonia-Brussels’ visual arts schools. This year, through the ERASMUS+ Partnership for Cooperation Award (2022-2024) grant, five students from Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznań (Uniwersytet Artystyczny im. Magdaleny Abakanowicz w Poznaniu) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Uniwersytet Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu) joined the project. The young artists worked under the guidance of professors from partner universities. The culmination of the workshops is a series of performances presented at the festival, which is open to both the general public and professionals.
