Concert: Polish New Generation in Classical Music – Adam Suska, violin

Adam Suska offers his perspectives on virtuosic short violin pieces by Henryk Wieniawski, Eugène Ysaÿe, Grażyna Bacewicz and Krzysztof Penderecki.

Adam Suska (*2000) was born in Gdynia. He is one of the most inspiring Polish top violinists under 30 years of age. Adam has been the winner of the  highly prestigious national and international violin competitions such as the Wieniawski-Lipiński Violin Competition (Poland) and the EuroAsia Tokyo Competition.

Adam studied at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv and at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole as a student of professor Yair Kless, as well as at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, studying with professor Agata Szymczewska.

Since 2022, Adam Suska has been artist-in-residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel.
