Petitions, complaints, and demands can be addressed to the Polish Institute Brussels in these ways:
- An appointment can be planned with the Director or with one designated employee , every first Monday of each month between 15h and 16h.
- Via electronic mail to the address bruksela@instytutpolski.pl with the object mentioning “Petition / Complaint / Demand”
- Via mail to the address Avenue des Gaulois 29, 1040 Bruxelles
As part of these mails, it is mandatory to mention the requesting person’s address (city, zip code, street, n°). Complaints and requests without this information will not be considered. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we recommend to contact us via email.
