We are looking for a new talent to join our team as a Cultural Communications Manager (temporary replacement: July – December 2026).
Position overview
As this is a temporary replacement, we are looking for a candidate who can ensure continuity, consistency, and high-quality communication for the Polish Institute.
This role requires autonomy, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and publishing content (website, social media, newsletters)
- Preparing press releases and press kits
- Coordinating media relations and event invitations
- Ensuring editorial oversight of cultural projects (consistency, quality, visibility)
- Updating the website in multiple languages (FR / EN / NL)
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure event visibility
Candidate profile – mandatory requirements
- Excellent written proficiency in French and English
- Proficiency in Polish (required)
- Experience in communications (cultural or institutional)
- Strong writing and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong command of social media platforms and publishing tools
- Proficiency in graphic and web tools (WordPress, Adobe, Canva or similar tools)
Additional assets
- Good knowledge of the cultural landscape in Belgium and/or Luxembourg
- Knowledge of Dutch
- Interest in the Polish cultural scene
Conditions
- Contract type: Fixed-term contract (temporary replacement)
- Period: July – December 2026
- Working time: 38 hours/week
