International Art Contest for Children

We invite all children between the age of 6 and 15 to show off their knack for drawing and painting talent during the international art contest ‘Republic of Human Rights. TwentyFive Years of the European Convention on Human Rights in Poland!’ Use your talent and imagination to depict human rights, such as the right to life, the right to liberty and security, the right to privacy, freedom of thought, conscience and religion and the right to education. 6 winners in total will be selected, 3 in each age category (6-10 years and 11-15 years). The winners will be awarded beautiful prizes such as a study trip to Poland for those awarded first place and diplomas for those in second and third place. This contest has been organised by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Poland’s membership of  the European Convention on Human Rights system. The winning works from the contest’s international edition will be exhibited during the 11th Warsaw Seminar organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and used in promotional activities connected to celebrations to mark this 25th anniversary.
