“This is how Polish jazz would have developed without the Second World War”
– Tomasz Lerski, historian
Polish musician Marcin Masecki will perform solo and in trio with Jerzy Rogiewicz and Piotr Domagalski on June 8 and June 9, 2019 at the Ham Sessions in Ghent.
About Marcin Masecki
Marcin Masecki is one of Poland’s most prolific and idiosyncratic musicians. He performs extensively on all keyboard instruments, composes for film and theatre, produces festivals, records and curates musical events. His brilliant deconstructed and experimental recordings of Chopin, Bach, Beethoven and Scarlatti blur the line between high art and entertainment, which has become his hallmark.
