Odesa International Film Festival is one of the most exciting cinematographic events of the summer. It was founded in 2010 in order to promote quality intellectual films in the Ukrainian audience and to support and develop Ukrainian film industry both at home and abroad. Exclusive film premieres, master classes of leading world filmmakers and the singular atmosphere of the festival fill the 9 days of the Odesa International Film Festival!
This year’s jury of the National competition program will include a well-known Polish director Joanna Kos-Krauze. She will also present her film “Birds Are Singing in Kigali”. As experts of the East Series film series project contest, producer Violetta Kaminska and president of the Polish Film Academy Dariusz Jabłoński will also visit Odesa, The latter will also present the Polish-Czech-Ukrainian co-production “The Principle of Enjoyment” as part of the “Series” section.
