Gaude Polonia is a scholarship programme of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage intended for creators of culture and translators of Polish literature before age 40. Coming from Central European countries, mostly Belarus and Ukraine, who work in the following fields: film, photography, conservation of art and architecture, literature/translation, music, visual arts, theatre, art criticism. A six-month stay in Poland is to enable holders to become familiar with Polish culture and to improve their creative skills under the guidance of renowned artists and institutions in major centres of Polish culture. 


Poland offers several types of scholarships for foreigners who want to study in Poland and conduct scientific research here. This includes: Erasmus +, scholarships available within bilateral agreements, CEEPUS exchange programme with Central and Eastern Europe, Visegrad Scholarship Programme, Scholarships for students from Eastern Partnership and post=soviet countries, Scholarships for citizens from developing countries, Fulbright Program, Lane Kirkland Scholarship Program, UNESCO/Poland Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme in Engineering, Programme of Fellowships under the Polish National Commission for UNESCO.
